酸碱pH调节加药装置系统是通过pH在线控制器自动检测被测液体的pH值,并通过设定控制范围转换成电流信号输出到自动加药计量泵,自助加药计量泵(设定接收信号范围及输出频率范围)通过接收到的信号,自动调节计量泵的加药量。
The pH value of the measured liquid is automatically detected by the pH online controller of the acid-base pH adjustment dosing device system, which is converted into current signal by setting the control range and output to the automatic dosing metering pump. The self-service dosing metering pump (setting the receiving signal range and output frequency range) automatically adjusts the dosing amount of the metering pump by receiving the received signal.

如需pH控制在6~9之间,高吸设为9,高断为6,就是pH高于9时,启动加酸泵,达到6了就停止加酸
If the pH is controlled between 6 and 9, the high suction is set to 9, and the high cut-off is 6, that is, when the pH is higher than 9, start the acid feeding pump, and stop adding acid when the pH reaches 6
加碱设低报
Low alarm for alkali dosing
如需pH控制在4~6之间,低吸设为4,低断为6,就是pH低于4时,启动加碱泵,达到6了就停止加碱
