一、概述
1、 Overview
随着大型楼宇和现代化建筑物的增多,供冷系统获得了高速发展,工业以及其化行业对冷量的需要也促进了集中供冷事业的发展。集中供冷就是动力厂用冷媒体(一般为淡水和盐水)将冷冻机所制冷量供给用户。为了对制冷设备的运行进行管理和核算,对用户所耗冷量进行结算,需要对有关节点进行冷量计量。
With the increase of large buildings and modern buildings, the cooling system has achieved rapid development. The industrial and chemical industry's demand for cooling capacity also promotes the development of centralized cooling. Centralized cooling is that the power plant uses cold media (usually fresh water and brine) to supply the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator to users. In order to manage and calculate the operation of refrigeration equipment and settle the cooling consumption of users, it is necessary to measure the cooling capacity of relevant nodes.
冷冻水冷量计量就其方法来说,同热水的热量计量是一样的,所供冷量可以看作是负的热量。只是由于流体温度低,导致具体做法上出现一些差异。
In terms of its method, the measurement of chilled water cooling capacity is the same as that of hot water, and the cooling capacity can be regarded as negative heat. Only because of the low temperature of the fluid, there are some differences in the specific practice.
二、冷冻水冷量计量系统安装示意图
2、 Installation diagram of chilled water metering system
空调用的冷冻水,水温等级一般为5-6℃,冷媒体为淡水。低于5℃的供冷,则用盐水或其它冷媒体。淡水冷冻水的冷量计量方法多采用如下图所示的基于质量流量的计量的方法。
The temperature of chilled water for air conditioning is generally 5-6 ℃, and the cold medium is fresh water. If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, salt water or other cold media should be used. The cooling capacity measurement method of fresh chilled water is based on mass flow as shown in the figure below.
(1)在冷冻水的流量测量中,CK电磁流量计有明显的优势,其特点如下:

◆ 电磁流量计测量不受流体密度、粘度、温度、压力和电导率变化的影响。

①CK系列电磁流量计的衬里选择:如果冷冻水是淡水的话,可以选择橡胶衬里,成本较低,如果冷冻水为盐水的话,必须选择聚四氟乙烯衬里,如果既测淡水冷冻水又测盐水,则必须选聚四氟乙烯衬里,CK电磁流量计可以根据现场的情况,选择合适的衬里材料。
① Lining selection of CK series electromagnetic flowmeter: if chilled water is fresh water, rubber lining can be selected with low cost. If chilled water is brine, PTFE lining must be selected. If both fresh chilled water and brine are measured, PTFE lining must be selected. CK electromagnetic flowmeter can select appropriate lining material according to the site conditions.
②热电阻的选择,CK仪表采用的是高品质、高精度的A级铠装热电阻,精度可达±0.2%,大大提高系统的准确度,热电阻接线盒采用防水防潮,使用寿命长。

(2)除了电磁流量计测量之外,也可以采用超声波流量计来测量,客户可以根据现场情况作选择,超声波流量计热能计量系统安装示意图如下所示。
